About Our Products

All products sold by Youngme Atelier are handcrafted using delicate hand-embroidery techniques. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations in color, pattern, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered defects but part of the unique character of each item.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, as we cannot accept cancellations or changes once production has started.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. We reserve the right to amend prices, descriptions, or availability of products at any time without prior notice.

Orders
​
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or payment problems. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Youngme Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Stitch Points
​
Any Stitch Points or reward points earned on our website are subject to our Stitch Points Policy and are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be adjusted or revoked at Youngme Atelier’s discretion.
